Delete your MySeatGO account
You can request deletion of your MySeatGO account and personal data at any time. This page explains exactly how, and what happens to your data afterward.
How to delete your account

Open the MySeatGO app and sign in to the account you want to delete.

Go to Profile, then Settings.

Scroll down to the "Danger zone" section.

Tap "Delete account", then confirm in the dialog that appears.
Can't open the app?
Email us at hello@myseatgo.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account", and our team will process the request manually within a few business days.
What happens to your data
Immediately
Your account is deactivated and you're signed out everywhere. Your profile, ratings, and any listed trips or requests are no longer visible to other users.
After 30 days
Your name, email, phone number, profile photo, and any other personal details are permanently anonymized. Identity and vehicle documents (national ID, driver license, vehicle registration, insurance, photos) are permanently deleted, not just hidden.
Kept for legal and financial records
Trip, booking, and payment records are retained in anonymized form (no longer linked to your name or contact details) as required for accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. This matches our Privacy Policy's data retention section.
