Before publishing a trip or booking a seat, you confirm a government-issued ID and a phone number. Verified badges appear on profiles across the app.
Can I ship a parcel instead of booking a seat?+
Yes - the Freight & Courier section lets you post a parcel or small package and match with a driver already making that trip.
What if I make the same trip every week?+
Set up a recurring trip with a day-of-week schedule instead of publishing it manually each time.
Which cities does MySeatGO cover?+
MySeatGO covers intercity routes across Morocco - Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Fès, Tanger, Agadir, Meknès, Oujda, and many more towns in between. Search any route to see current trips.
Do I need to install anything to try it?+
No - the web app at app.myseatgo.com works directly in your browser. Native apps are also available for Android and iOS.
How do I pay for a ride?+
Drivers set their own price per seat, payable in cash or by card depending on the trip - you'll see the accepted method before booking.
