The service
MySeatGO is a platform that connects passengers and drivers for intercity carpooling, and connects senders with drivers for freight and courier requests. MySeatGO is not a transportation carrier - drivers are independent individuals, not MySeatGO employees.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid ID to use MySeatGO. Drivers must hold a valid driving license and vehicle registration.
Verification
Users may be required to verify their identity and phone number before publishing a trip, request, or booking a seat. Providing false information may result in account suspension.
Payments
Drivers set their own price per seat or delivery. MySeatGO does not charge commission on rides at this time. Payment method (cash or card) is agreed between users for each trip.
User conduct
Users agree to treat each other respectfully, honor confirmed bookings, and not use the platform for any illegal purpose, including transporting prohibited goods.
Liability
MySeatGO facilitates connections between users but is not responsible for the conduct of drivers or passengers, or for the condition of vehicles or parcels. Use the platform at your own judgment.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MySeatGO after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
